My Kambo Journey

While hiking in the Sacred Valley of Peru in 2011, I gained a deep respect and gratitude for the ancient medicines of the Amazon. My relationship with spirit was deepened by my experiences learning to communicate with the spirit of Ayahuasca and San Pedro medicines. I have passion for entheogenic plants and the wisdom that they offer and wished to further the journey of healing through ancient medicines and natural remedies.

My love affair with Kambo began on a trip to the US in 2015, where I was initiated into the healing space of this beautiful medicine. I had found a way to experience life through the lense of higher vibration with Kambo. I knew in my heart that Kambo had the potential to heal the modern ailments at the physical level, creating space for the transformation of humanity at the spiritual level. This shift solidified my intention to study and become a keeper of Kambo medicines.

I feel deeply blessed to have studied with Karen Kanya of the International Association of Kambo Practitioners. In the fall of 2016, I graduated from the IAKP course in Maple Falls, Washington. It is an incredible gift to be a keeper of this medicine.
